REAL FÁBRICA DE TABACOS PARTAGÁS

Located to the north of Parque de la Fraternidad, it is one of the oldest cigar factories in Havana, founded in 1845, and, currently, one of the most visited in the country. The factory is administered by the state, and more than 500 workers work there, most of them dedicating themselves to the art of making the world-famous Habanos cigars.

This museum is especially attractive for travellers who are interested in tobacco and in work environments, especially those in which manual work is carried out, from the beginning of the rolling of the cigars to the packaging and sealing of the final product. The factory houses a sales room where visitors can find a variety of Cuban cigars and rums.
